Client Overview:

FortRise Business Solutions is a tech-based company that works in cyber security, digital forensics, cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and risk management. FortRise wanted two clear and strong videos that could speak to senior leaders and support their brand across LinkedIn, YouTube, and large events.

They reached out to us with a clear goal, create two corporate videos that build trust and explain their key strengths in a simple and sharp way.

The Project:

FortRise requested two separate two-minute videos.
The first video is to produce an introduction video of their company and show their full service range.
The second video to be focused only on thecyber security and share their depth in threat defence, forensics, and compliance.

Both videos had to follow a strict colour style and a corporate tone. They wanted only stock visuals mixed with motion graphics. They also needed a US male voiceover and clean on-screen text.

Our team planned a two-week schedule. But halfway through the first video, the client shared an urgent update. They had an important meeting ahead and needed both videos to be delivered in six days instead of fourteen days. The full project became a high-pressure process. Still, our team pushed hard and completed both videos on time.

Challenges:

Even though we began the process with a clear plan, the sudden time drop became the biggest challenge for us. Because, each video required the detailed work, and every step depended on the previous one. The new deadline cut the comfort zone by more than half.

We had to write two scripts, sketch out two visual outlines, source more than 200 stock clips, add the motion graphics, edit the engaging videos, do the audio mix, and had to handle the review rounds.

Meanwhile, the content of the cyber security video also required careful attention. We had to show SOC rooms, defence tools, compliance badges, and forensic works without overusing complex terms. The visuals need to beseen as real and trustworthy, even though the entire video was made from stock elements.

Our main goal was to keep everything grounded, simple, and honest. The message needed to match what CISOs expect. There was no space for the guesswork.

Our Process

Even with the tight timeline, our workflow stayed clear and steady. Each team took a specific part of the project and moved in sync.

1. Script Writing:

We studied the client brief and shaped two scripts that matched their tone. The content spoke to CISOs, IT leaders, and enterprise teams. Each line was written for clarity. We removed any complex technical terms and focused on statements that were direct and easy to understand.

The first script followed their full service structure. It spoke about FortRise’s values, their scale, and their technical strengths. The second script focused only on cyber threats, SOC work, forensics, and compliance.

After sharing the scripts, the client approved them with small changes.

2. Visual Planning:

We made each script into a visual map. This included the type of stock shots& clips, the style of motion graphics, the colour scheme, and the on-screen text overlays. This step helped the client understand how each line would appear.

The visuals reflected the blue, white, grey, and green accents they requested. The tone stayed formal and confident. Every section had a clear theme.

3. Stock Footage Collection:

We sourced unique high quality stock clips that fit each scene of the video. Since, most scenes were related to digital safety, data rooms, cyber security labs, cloud systems, and secure offices. We reviewed a large volume of clips to find the right match for our video.

We avoided repeated shots and kept the visuals sharp. Each clip had to look modern and clean.

4. Motion Graphics Design:

We created simple yet strong graphics to highlight key points. These included security locks, shield icons, compliance badges, digital grids, cloud icons, and data lines. The graphical elements helped to give the videos a structure and corporate feel.

5. Editing and Audio Work:

Our senior editor placed the clips on the timeline, synced them with the voiceover, and also he added the transitions and built the text-overlays to grab the viewer’s attention. Then the graphics team added the animated elements and refined the look.

We selected a clean corporate music track that matched the style of the video and the voiceover tone. The mix was balanced so the voice stayed clear at all times.

They used the videos in LinkedIn campaigns, other social media platforms, internal meetings, and upcoming industry programs. The clean tone helped them send a clear message: they are a trusted partner that guides enterprises from risk to safety.
